Pay:

What You Will Do:
This is shift work. Ensure quality and safe delivery of home health nursing services. Communicate with RN case manager and physician, as appropriate, on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient's condition and/or needs. You will assist the RN and/or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties. Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care.
Who You Are:
Graduate of accredited practical (vocational) nursing program. Licensed as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners.
