Mechanic/Technician - IN LOCALNSC Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Mechanics/Technicians for a project in Danville, IN.
JOB DETAILS: PAY: $30/hr. - $38/hr.
HOURS:
7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm START DATE: ASAP DURATION: Temp to Perm SCOPE:Minimum of three years of practical experience in diesel, gasoline engines, heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, small engines, outdoor power equipment, or a related mechanical field; or completion of an accredited diesel, vocational, or technical training program. Experience servicing construction equipment, tractors, mowers, zero-turn mowers, generators, utility equipment, or similar equipment preferred. Strong mechanical troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to diagnose and repair both mechanical and electrical systems. Working knowledge of diesel and/or gasoline engines and related components. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service systems. Must possess the necessary hand tools required to perform the position. Valid driver's license required. CDL preferred, particularly if the position includes mobile service or equipment transportation responsibilities.
