The ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently, adapt to established clinical protocols, and contribute positively to our practice..Responsibilities Perform thorough patient consultations, examinations, and evaluations..Diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop individualized treatment plans..Provide chiropractic adjustments and other appropriate therapeutic treatments..Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed..Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, including SOAP notes and progress reports..Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care..Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care..Maintain efficiency and professionalism in a busy clinical environment..Follow established office procedures, treatment protocols, and clinical standards..Build positive, trusting relationships with patients and team members..Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college..Active New Jersey Chiropractic License in good standing..Strong diagnostic, clinical assessment, and adjusting skills..Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..Professional, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented..Ability to work independently and collaboratively..Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt..Previous clinical experience preferred..Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred..Bilingual in Korean or Japanese is a plus, but not required..Ideal Candidate
