You’ll join a high-performing surgical services team that operates in state-of-the-art facilities, including a Level II Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level III NICU, and Pediatric ER. As aSurgical First Assistant, you’ll:
- Provide intraoperative support: exposure, hemostasis, suturing, wound closure
- Assist with positioning, prepping, and patient monitoring
- Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and techs
- Ensure precision, safety, and teamwork in every procedure
What You Bring
- CSFA or CSA certification (NBSTSA, ABSA, or NCCSA)
- 2+ years of first-assist experience in the OR
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable
