Starting Pay: $17.65/hour during training on first shift
Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour once moved to nights Night Shift Pay: $18.65/hour Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential
Position Overview:
As a Wire Drawing Production Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process that transforms raw wire materials into finished products. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor wire drawing equipment and machinery
- Load raw materials and assist with production setup
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Measure and record production data as required
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications:- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
