Project Manager - Capital Projects, Design Engineer in Largo

Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Client Management Serve as Project Manager and primary point of contact for DPW&T Lead all aspects of project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and quality Manage Design-Build teams, contractors, and consultants Oversee client communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination Ensure projects meet performance, safety, and compliance standards Design & Engineering Expertise Lead design and review of electrical systems (charging, microgrid, power systems) Review drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations for compliance Support development of design documents and bid packages Provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, develop budgets, schedules, and risk assessments Oversee procurement processes including RFPs/RFQs and contractor selection Coordinate planning, environmental review, and design processes Manage project execution across all phases, ensuring regulatory compliance Oversee contractor performance and project milestones Contract & Change Management Develop and negotiate scopes of work and design service agreements Prepare change orders, PCO documentation, and contract modificationsMon* ???
