The business is in an exciting phase of growth, with an active acquisition strategy and ambitious plans. This appointment will play a key role in bringing newly acquired businesses together, strengthening group-wide infrastructure and ensuring the platform is operationally equipped to support its next stage of expansion.
About the role:
This opportunity would work closely with senior leadership to drive operational priorities and manage cross-function initiatives. Some responsibilities include:
- Group integration - Bringing newly acquired businesses into the group
- Operational consistency - Establishing common processes and standards
- Growth - Building infrastructure to support expansion
- Reporting - Creating group-wide performance reporting
- Technology - Improving systems across different businesses
- Governance - Ensuring appropriate controls and oversight
