Zippy is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead pre-close and post-close loan reviews across the origination lifecycle. You will coach QA analysts, manage performance, and ensure findings align with policy and investor requirements. You will partner with Origination, Underwriting, Compliance, and Technology to reduce repeat issues, strengthen controls, and improve throughput while maintaining quality in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
