APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)We are seeking a Claims Specialist to manage and support Professional Lines and Management Liability claims, overseeing the claims process from inception through resolution while ensuring timely, accurate, and effective handling. Must be willing to work in NYC at least 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a portfolio of Financial Lines and Management Liability claims.
Assess coverage, liability, exposure, and reserving considerations.
Handle claims involving Directors & Officers, Professional Liability, and other related lines of business.
Work closely with brokers, insureds, legal counsel, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor claims progress and ensure appropriate handling strategies are implemented.
Provide technical claims insight and contribute to the ongoing development of claims practices.
Requirements:
Previous experience handling Financial Lines and/or Management Liability claims.
Strong understanding of D&O, Professional Indemnity/E&O, and related coverage considerations.
Experience managing complex or litigated claims.
