Responsibilities:
Perform wound assessments and documentation Manage and perform VAC (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) dressing changes Complete wound dressing changes and treatment plans Utilize rover system for wound photography and documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Float within scope of practice as needed to meet facility needs Assist with patients requiring Peritoneal Dialysis careRequirementsActive RN License (Pending license accepted) Minimum 1 year of Wound Care RN experience Wound Ostomy Care Certification (WOCN) – Required BLS (AHA) Certification NIH Stroke Scale Certification Epic EMR experience requiredAdditional InformationFirst-time travelers accepted No on-call requirements Weekend Requirement: 1 shift every 6 weeks Block scheduling not available Local candidates not accepted within 75-mile radius Maximum RTO: 7 days during the 13-week contract
