Mondays and Thursdays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Team Support The client has a strong support structure available with experienced assistants and tenured site managers to help the Orthodontist be successful while on assignment.
Requirements:
DMD or DDS from accredited dental schoolplus Orthodontist Certification Active, unrestricted state dental license or in the process of obtaining a license upon graduation Credentialing required: CPR/BLS certification, DEA certification, and NPI number
