Construction Laborer / Carpenter's Helper - Entry-Level to Experienced

Responsibilities: Assist carpenters and experienced crew members with daily construction tasks. Assist with framing, measuring, cutting, installing materials, and general carpentry. Help with demolition, site preparation, material handling, and jobsite cleanup. Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools and building materials. Follow instructions from project supervisors and experienced tradesmen. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite. Learn and apply proper construction techniques, tool operation, and building practices. Work as part of a team to complete residential and commercial construction projects.

Qualifications: Dependable, punctual, and hardworking, with a strong sense of responsibility. Willingness to learn, take direction, and work well with a team. Ability to perform physical construction work, lift materials, and work outdoors. Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Jupiter and surrounding Palm Beach County. Basic hand tools and previous construction experience are preferred for experienced applicants but are not required for entry-level candidates. A positive attitude and a desire to develop construction skills and grow professionally. Pay & Growth Opportunities$18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, skill level, abilities, and personal tools. Entry-level applicants are welcome and will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience. Experienced carpenter’s helpers with their own tools and demonstrated skills may qualify for higher pay within the advertised range. Learn carpentry, framing, and general construction techniques while working alongside experienced professionals. Gain experience across a variety of residential and commercial projects.
