Job Title: Senior Workday Functional Architect – Payroll, Time & Absence

Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Functional Architect with strong expertise in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Workday HCM solutions, ensuring seamless integration between payroll, time tracking, and absence management. Required

Skills & Qualifications: 13+ years of experience in HRIS, Workday implementations, and functional architecture. Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management. Experience with end-to-end Workday implementation, configuration, and deployment. Strong knowledge of payroll processing, time calculations, absence accruals, and compliance requirements. Experience with Workday HCM business processes, reporting, and integrations. Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Workday certifications in Payroll, Time Tracking, or Absence Management are preferred. Preferred

Qualifications: Experience with US payroll, multi-state payroll, and regulatory compliance. Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. Experience leading large-scale Workday transformation projects. Experience in post-production support, optimization, and continuous improvement.
