We are partnering with a leading Am Law firm to identify an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join their San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IP professional to handle sophisticated domestic and international trademark matters within a highly regarded practice.
The role will support attorneys throughout the trademark lifecycle, including U.S. and foreign trademark applications, statements of use, renewals and declarations, preliminary clearance searches, office actions, client reporting, docketing coordination, TTAB proceedings, and trademark litigation support.
Ideal Background:
Strong domestic and international trademark prosecution experience
Experience conducting preliminary trademark searches and reviewing search reports
Familiarity with TTAB proceedings and trademark litigation support
Strong client communication, organization, and attention to detail
Copyright experience is a plus, or willingness to learn
Must meet California paralegal qualification requirements
