Machine Operator - StampingMachine Operator - Stamping Responsibilities: Operating single-stroke and coil fed punch press equipment safely and efficientlyPerforming visual and dimensional inspections using measuring devices, gauges, fixtures, and other quality tools to ensure products meet blueprint and customer specificationsLoading and unloading metal coils with or without assistance as neededInspecting, packaging, and labeling finished products according to customer requirements and company proceduresVerifying bills of materials and production orders to ensure accurate product manufacturingSafely operating pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment as neededMeeting or exceeding production, efficiency, and quality goalsCompleting required company training and maintaining compliance with all safety and operational requirementsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environmentRequirements for Machine Operator - Stamping: High school diploma or equivalentBasic math, measurement and reading comprehension skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPrior machining operation experience; preferably in stamping or similar production environmentAbility to walk/stand for 8-10 hours; lifting/moving up to 50 pounds regularlyFamiliarity with hand tools and other manufacturing equipmentAbility to work in varying temperatures and environmentsStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and within a team
