Trial Attorney

Job description: A dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Trial Attorney to join their teamPOSITION SUMMARY:In this role, you will see that clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. You are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. You will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, you should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school6 or more years of litigation experience5 or more jury trials as first chair preferred Member of the Illinois Bar and in good standing Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc. Superb negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Have a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently in an office environment Team-oriented Why is This a Great Opportunity: FIRM BENEFITSThe law firm offers a competitive benefits package for our full-time employees and their families.
