Job Description: Production Equipment Operator (Manual & Automated Lines)

Your day at a glance When your afternoon shift begins, you’ll review the production schedule and ready a mix of manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machines. You’ll run parts, listen for changes in pitch or vibration, and make quick adjustments to keep output steady. Between runs, you’ll label, package, and carton finished product so orders move out accurately. Quality checks are part of your rhythm—measurements, visual inspections, and documentation—so every carton meets spec. Throughout the shift, you’ll follow safety protocols and join the team’s daily 5S sweep to keep the area organized, efficient, and hazard-free. What you’ll handle Operate and troubleshoot manual, semi-automatic, and automatic production machines Package, label, and carton products with precision Conduct routine quality inspections to meet standards Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure environment Support daily 5S activities to reduce waste and enhance flow What you bring High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year in manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes Basic math skills and comfort with measuring tools Strength to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift Core skills Machine operation and troubleshooting Packaging, labeling, and cartoning Quality inspection and safety compliance Math and measurement proficiency Experience with both manual and automatic equipment Why Integrity Trade Services Count on a reliable weekly paycheck and comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire—medical, dental, and vision—within a culture that puts safety, fairness, and growth first.
