Processing Department Operator - C Shift

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AMAre you looking for an opportunity to join a team that values safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement? We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our Processing Department on C Shift! The Processing Department Operator plays an important role in ensuring raw materials are received, prepared, measured, blended, transferred, and filtered correctly to meet production and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Receive and verify raw materials, ensuring documentation and material identification are accurate. Collect, label, and deliver raw material, in-process, and finished-product samples to the laboratory. Prepare designated raw materials for processing according to specifications. Perform blending and agitation operations while following established procedures. Safely transfer materials and verify connections and destinations to prevent product loss. Accurately measure materials using tape gauges, level sensors, load cells, and flow meters. Perform filtration operations as required by product formulas. Follow EH&S policies, wear required PPE, and promptly report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns. Maintain a clean, organized work area by following housekeeping and 5S standards. Support applicable maintenance management system activities.
