We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high-quality standards while meeting production goals. Responsibilities include following detailed assembly instructions, ensuring accurate assembly, and contributing to a productive work environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret work orders, assembly instructions, and basic technical drawings.
Assemble components, and accessories according to work orders and assembly specifications.
Operate assembly equipment and hand tools.
Ensure products meet quality standards and minimize rework or product returns.
Meet production targets while maintaining accuracy and workmanship.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized work area, assigned tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
Must have previous electrical or mechanical assembly experience.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions and assembly procedures.
Experience using basic hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to pass pre employment drug and background screenings.
Pay range: $20.00-22.00 per hour, based on experience.
