What You'll Do:- Greet and assist every customer who walks onto the showroom or lot
- Help customers find the right vehicle by asking the right questions and listening
- Present and demo new and used vehicles with knowledge and professionalism
- Explain features, options, and benefits clearly
- Build real rapport and learn to handle objections and close deals our way
- Report to the Sales Manager on goals, activity, and results

- Comfortable with commission-based pay
- High energy and enthusiasm, all day
- Outgoing, friendly personality especially when negotiating
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
