Machine Operator - 1st ShiftOur client, ALTOUSA is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CNC lathe and mill experience, a strong commitment to safety and quality, and the drive to learn and perform consistently in a fast-paced shop environment.

What's the Job? Operate a CNC lathe and CNC mill with accuracy and attention to detail. Set up and run production work while maintaining consistent output and quality standards. Follow shop procedures and work instructions to ensure parts meet safe work practices and wear required PPE throughout the shift. Support a reliable production schedule by showing up ready to work and staying focused on the job. What's Needed? At least 1 year of experience operating a CNC lathe and mill. Light industrial experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow instructions and maintain a steady, dependable work pace. Comfort working in an environment that requires PPE and professional dress. Successful completion of required background screening (standard 7-year) and a 6-panel urine drug screen with THC.What's in it for me?
