Real Estate Associate: Deals, Development & Leases

Seyfarth Shaw LLP seeks a Real Estate Associate with 3-6 years of experience. This role can be located in our Atlanta, Dallas, Houston or Seattle offices, focusing on acquisitions, development and leasing for a diverse client base including data center and industrial properties. You will draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases and development documents, coordinate due diligence, advise on transactional matters, and work with cross-border teams across multiple jurisdictions.
