Warranty Coordinator Opportunity Are you a problem-solver who loves turning challenges into solutions? Action Overhead Garage Door, a family-owned and operated business since 1980, is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Warranty Coordinator to join our team! As our Warranty Coordinator, you'll work with customers, builders, manufacturers, and internal teams to manage warranty requests, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage the process but looks for ways to improve it!
What you'll do:
Own the warranty process: Manage residential, builder, and commercial warranty claims from initial request through resolution.
Coordinate & communicate: Work with customers, builders, technicians, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely scheduling, updates, and follow-through.
Investigate & resolve: Review warranty requests, determine coverage eligibility, and help identify the best solutions.
Stay organized: Track open claims, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Drive improvements: Identify recurring warranty issues, analyze trends, and help develop processes that improve efficiency and reduce repeat service calls.
Work with vendors: Coordinate manufacturer warranty claims, replacement parts, credits, and resolutions.
What we're looking for:- 2+ years of warranty coordination experience preferred.
- Experience in construction, garage door installation, or home services is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Service
- Titan experience is a plus.
