Join an employed group consisting of 11 physicians and 20+ CRNA s that provide coverage at Mount Nittany Medical Center, a 260-bed acute care facility in State College, PA. State College offers all of the luxuries of a college town including short commutes, NCAA Sports, Arts, high quality schools and outdoor recreation abounds with beautiful hiking and biking trails. Community based medicine is a plus! The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.

1 Hospital: Mount Nittany Medical Center12 total OR s, 1 OB OR suite, 4 Endo/GI suites1 Off-Site Surgery Center: Mount Nittany Health Surgical Center4 ORs, 1 Procedure Room1 Off-Site Endoscopy Center: Mount Nittany Health Outpatient Endoscopy Center Opening June 2026 4 Procedure Rooms11 FT Anesthesiologists and 20+ CRNA sCall is approx. every 5-6 days (Mix of first call and 2 nd /back up call)CRNA Medical Direction ModelMajor Service lines include: General, GU, OB, Spine, ENT, GYN, Plastic, Ortho, VascularHealthy Pediatric Cases (mainly ENT cases) No Open-Heart Surgery and No HeadsEMR: Epic
Compensation Package:
