This opportunity offers advanced robotic technology, significant autonomy, and the ability to build a high-volume bariatric and minimally invasive surgery practice. The incoming surgeon will perform a mix of bariatric, minimally invasive, and general surgery cases while supporting affiliated hospitals throughout the region.

- Physician-led surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire
- Current team includes 2 General Surgeons, 1 Colorectal Surgeon, and 1 Physician Assistant
- Affiliated with Prime Healthcare and Emanate Health facilities
What You'll Do:- Perform bariatric, minimally invasive, and general surgery procedures
- Utilize robotic-assisted and advanced laparoscopic techniques
- Manage outpatient clinic visits and surgical follow-up care
- Build and grow your surgical volume within an established practice
- Participate in hospital and ER call coverage
- Schedule & CallFull-TimeClinic hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PMFlexible clinic and OR scheduling1:3 call rotation, negotiable
What We're Looking For:- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Bariatric / MIS Surgeon
- Experience with advanced robotic and laparoscopic procedures

- Compensation & Employment Structure
- Year 1 income guarantee: $350,000 plus productivity bonus
- Year 2+ productivity-based compensation model
- Up to 70% of collections after expenses1099 independent contractor model preferredW-2 employment may be available
