This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in screen printing, embroidery, or promotional product sales who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You'll be the link between our creative production team and our diverse client baseensuring each project exceeds expectations from concept to delivery. Drive Sales GrowthIdentify new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Consult with ClientsUnderstand client needs and recommend tailored screen printing and embroidery solutions. Manage OrdersPrepare accurate quotes, process orders, and work closely with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment. Stay InformedMaintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and industry trends. Provide SupportAddress client questions or concerns with professionalism and care. Track Your ProgressLog sales activities and client communications in our CRM. Attend Team EventsWe work closely with many charities such as The Flutie Foundation, The Matt Brown Foundation, & The Martin Richard Foundation. Throughout the year, we collaborate on events with these charities and more, and will need to be attended by the sales team. Industry Experience 35 years of sales experience in screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products is required. Strong CommunicatorClear, persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Tech SavvyComfortable using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus. Organized & Detail-OrientedAble to juggle multiple clients and orders without dropping the ball. EducationHigh school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
