Director of Design & Drafting — Lead CAD for Energy Systems

Ellaway Blues Consulting seeks an experienced Director of Design & Drafting to lead a CAD team and drive excellence in configuration management, drafting, and documentation for a fast-paced energy solutions environment. In this role you will oversee Creo and Windchill, ensure compliance with industry standards, manage BOMs, support ECRs and NCRs, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to achieve aligned, high-quality designs.
