We’re hiring — and we’re not looking for someone who just wants another sales job. Forza Logistics Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Freight Sales Representative who wants to get in early, build a book of business, and help build something bigger. This is a true sales role. You’ll be responsible for:* Prospecting and developing new shipper relationships* Cold calling, emailing, networking, and opening doors* Building and managing your own pipeline* Understanding customers’ freight challenges* Working with our operations team to deliver on what you sell* Growing accounts into long-term partnerships Who we want: Someone hungry. Someone competitive. Someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone. Someone who understands that rejection is part of sales and keeps going anyway. Freight or logistics sales experience is a plus — but drive, personality, work ethic, and the ability to build relationships matter even more. At a large brokerage, you can be another salesperson in a sea of hundreds. At Forza, you’ll work directly with leadership, have a voice in how we grow, and have the opportunity to build your career as the company grows. We’re building a different kind of logistics company — focused on service, communication, security, and actually doing what we tell customers we’re going to do.📍 Indianapolis, IN💼 Full-time | On-site Want to look back someday and say, “I helped build that”?Come build Forza with us.
