Permit Coordinator Stimulus Technologies is a leader in technology services, dedicated to bridging the digital divide in underserved communities. With operations across California, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, and Oregon, we deliver high-speed, reliable connectivity that transforms lives and businesses. We also offer IT, VoIP, and Cyber Security services to a range of clients. As the Permit Coordinator, you keep fiber deployment projects on schedule by handling the day-to-day work of the permitting process: preparing and tracking applications, following up with agencies, maintaining mapping and trackers, and coordinating with field teams and the engineering firm. The permits you help move through the pipeline clear the way for Stimulus's BEAD-funded fiber builds across rural Oregon. You'll work under the direction of the Permitting Manager, executing the standards and processes they establish while flagging issues, rejections, and bottlenecks before they slow a project down. For the right candidate, this is a hands-on execution role with a clear path to grow into greater ownership over time. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in telecom or utility permitting, this is a strong place to learn the function from the ground up alongside an experienced Permitting Manager.
