Regional Field Sales Leader High-Impact Growth

Halter is seeking a Regional Sales Lead to guide a team of Territory Managers across the U.S. You’ll coach reps in the field, participate in customer conversations, and remove barriers to success as you drive regional revenue and maintain Salesforce hygiene. Based anywhere in Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia or Pennsylvania, this role requires frequent travel and a hands-on, high-performance leadership style focused on scaling a fast-growing U.S. business and delivering value to farmers.
