Experience: 2-4 years verifiable HVAC technician experience
Pay: $30-$36/hr (depending on experience)
Minimum requirements: You should have:* 30+ residential installs led as the primary installer
- 1,000+ residential service calls conducted* Install experience can be partially offset if you have 1,500+ solo service calls* Ability to troubleshoot the majority of service calls without senior help
- Demonstrated ability to sell ethically, not just "run calls"* We use an ethical, standardized commission plan to ensure customers only buy what they truly needWho this is for
