Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of L&D experience. Epic experience required. ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certification. ActiveNew Jersey or compact RN license at submission High-risk obstetric care, fetal monitoring, OB triage, andC-section circulating experience C-section scrubbing and recovery are also listed among required skills. First-time travelers accepted. Unit & Patient Population 26-bed unit | Listed ratios: 1:1–1:2, depending on acuity and staffing. Antepartum/high-risk antepartum, L&D, postpartum/Mother-Baby, and newborn care. High-risk conditions include preeclampsia/HELLP, hemorrhage, preterm labor, diabetes, and multiple gestation. Hospital-provided scrubs. 12 orientation hours listed. Scheduling & Floating Every other weekend, based on unit needs. Required to float within skillset toAntepartum, L&D, L&D PACU, and Postpartum Winter holiday coverage:1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays, through scheduled work or call, depending on unit requirements. Regular call requirement and shift hours not specified. Facility may cancel1 shift per 2 weeks Submission & RTO Maximum 7 RTO days, with a screenshot of the candidate confirming requests. Finalize all RTO and scheduling requests before offer; no requests approved afterward At least 1 supervisory reference required at submission. Limit submissions to3 jobs maximum Locals accepted at the same rate. Former RWJBH permanent/PRN employees require 1 year of separation Open/active background or license findings not accepted.
