Director of Nonpublic Schools & Clinical Services

Easterseals Chicago is seeking a Director of Nonpublic Schools, Education, and Clinical Services to lead the three Easterseals Academy campuses—Chicago, Tinley Park, and Machesney Park—and supervise principals and cross-campus leadership to advance student independence and staff effectiveness. This role emphasizes ISBE compliance, data-informed decision-making, strategic growth, and budget oversight, with weekly campus presence and collaboration across the Academy leadership team.
