APPLY NOWSeasonal Customer Service And Production Liaison The Gifting Company is seeking a temporary seasonal customer service and production liaison. Our ideal candidate is a hard worker who is committed to our customers and providing them with an exceptional experience at all times. This position is for the holiday season only and will include some weekend and evening shifts.
Responsibilities include:
Providing excellent and dependable customer service to all brands under The Gifting Company over the phone, through email and via live chat.
Assisting with list management/data entry for volume orders, working directly with the corporate gifting team.
Communicating between locations to ensure accuracy and timeliness in regards to shipments and inventory.
Functioning as the official point of contact for the customer service and corporate gifting team.
Logging inventory of corporate assets as they arrive in PA.Working directly with corporate clientele as needed.
Assisting where needed with NY to PA transfers.
Alerting marketing team to any discrepancies or errors on the website or in our internal systems.
Weekends and some evenings required.
