Cutting Tool Sales Engineer Automotive Manufacturing

Responsibilities: Develop and grow automotive OEM and Tier 1 accounts. Identify opportunities to improve cycle time, tool life, quality, and cost per part. Recommend advanced tooling solutions including PCD, CBN, carbide, and engineered tooling. Conduct customer visits, tooling evaluations, and machining trials. Work closely with manufacturing engineers, production teams, and purchasing. Prepare quotations, technical presentations, and sales proposals. Manage territory activity and achieve sales growth objectives.

Qualifications: 3+ years of industrial cutting tool sales or manufacturing engineering experience. Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes including milling, drilling, reaming, and turning. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales territory independently. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
