Superintendent | Commercial Construction | Baltimore/DMVWe’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects across the Baltimore/DMV region. This is a great opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys being hands-on, making decisions in the field, and taking ownership of project execution while working alongside experienced project teams and industry partners.
What You’ll Do:- Lead daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Monitor safety, quality, schedule, and overall project progress
- Review drawings, plans, and project documentation
- Use Bluebeam and Procore to support field coordination and documentation
- Identify challenges early and drive practical solutions
- Work closely with subcontractors, GCs, vendors, and project teams
- Help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For:- 5+ years of commercial construction experience (3+ years acceptable for exceptional candidates)
- Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Field Supervisor, General Foreman, or similar field leadership experience
- Strong experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades
- Confident reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam
- Procore experience preferredOSHA certification required (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite and reliably commute to projects throughout the Baltimore/DMV area
Experience with education, government, institutional, laboratory, healthcare, or other complex commercial projects is a plus.
