Cincinnati, OH | Manufacturing & Industrial Facilities We are seeking an experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Engineering Team Leader to lead a multidisciplinary technical team supporting facility engineering and capital projects within manufacturing environments. This position combines hands-on engineering leadership with team development, technical oversight, and project execution. The role is approximately 50% technical project involvement and 50% team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering and architectural teams.
Oversee MEP design standards, technical quality, and project execution.
Provide technical guidance on complex facility engineering and capital projects.
Develop engineering talent through coaching, training, and career development.
Partner with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Support resource planning, staffing, recruiting, and workload management.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering best practices.
Assist with client relationships, technical proposals, and business development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Experience with food & beverage manufacturing facilities and capital projects.
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering or technical teams.
Strong background in engineering design, project execution, and quality management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel approximately 25%.Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Greater Cincinnati area..
