This role requires confidence to challenge clients, translate complex emotions into actionable steps, and guide individuals or couples through conflict toward reconciliation. You will hold space for difficult conversations, deliver 1:1 and group sessions, and contribute to ongoing improvement of coaching frameworks in a fully remote, flexible environment.
