Superior Wellness is a fast-growing global wellness company, home to leading brands including Platinum Spas, AquaSolus, Chill Tubs and HEKLA.As we continue to expand across North America, we're looking for an ambitious and driven Territory Sales Manager to help grow our dealer network across the Eastern USA.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves developing new business, building relationships and making a real commercial impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identifying and securing new dealer partnerships.
Developing and growing relationships with existing dealers.
Driving sales growth across your assigned territory.
Identifying new market opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.
Representing our brands at dealer meetings, trade shows and industry events.
Working alongside our established US sales team to support continued growth.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in territory sales, business development or regional sales.
A strong track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
Experience working with dealer or distributor networks.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to travel.
Experience in the hot tub, swim spa, pool and spa or outdoor living industries would be a real advantage, but we're open to candidates from other dealer-led industries.
