Geriatric LPN/LVN – Senior Living

Vi Living seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in our luxury senior living community. In this role, you’ll deliver direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor chronic conditions, and support providers with treatments and procedures. You’ll educate residents and families, document accurately in the EMR, and promote safety and infection control. Working in a resident‑first, team‑oriented environment, you’ll collaborate with RNs, therapists, and caregivers to create individualized care plans. Provide direct nursing care to senior living residents under RN and provider direction Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor and document residents’ conditions and vital signs in the EMR Support physicians and RNs with procedures and care plan implementation Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care Promote and follow infection control and safety policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize resident outcomes Respond to resident needs and emergencies with urgency and professionalism Medication administration Wound care Vital signs monitoring IV therapy Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation Infection control practices Geriatric nursing care Care planning and coordination Patient and family education Catheter and ostomy care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN license in state of practice BLS/CPR certification IV therapy certification (preferred) Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
