Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video chat, ensuring an ethical and compassionate approach to each client's unique circumstances. Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs, fostering an environment of trust and healing. Develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific mental health needs and goals of each client. Guide clients in gaining insight into their emotions, relationships, and experiences, facilitating moments of personal growth and discovery. Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness and support healthy coping strategies. Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on serving stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health issues. This demographic typically includes individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and life adjustments. Your role will be vital in assisting clients to develop the necessary skills and resilience to improve their quality of life, ultimately contributing to their overall mental wellness.

Qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. You must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).Applicants with provisional or limited licenses will not be considered for this role. A clear disciplinary history and exceptional interpersonal skills are mandatory. You should possess strong computer literacy skills to navigate our therapy platform efficiently.

Preferred Experience: While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, previous experience in a remote counseling setting or familiarity with telehealth protocols will be advantageous. Additionally, expertise in specific populations or therapy modalities would enhance your contributions to our team.

Compensation and Benefits: A competitive annual salary between USD 90,000 and 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. A substantial sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team. Weekly direct deposit for your convenience. For full-time counselors, a monthly healthcare stipend will be provided. Minimal paperwork burdens, allowing you to focus on client interactions rather than administrative tasks. Unlimited referrals are provided, ensuring that your calendar is filled quickly with clients who fit your specialties.
