Front-of-House Team Lead — Guest Experience & Quality

Bonefish Grill is seeking a Front-of-House Lead to uphold service standards and coach teams under Bloomin' Brands guidelines. You will help maintain daily quality and guest satisfaction, with a focus on teamwork and communication across front and back-of-house operations. Under direct supervision, you will participate in pre-shift meetings, quality checks, and events, supporting management and ensuring consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
