Job Duties: Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently. Remove molded parts from machines and inspect products for quality defects. Trim excess flash and ensure products meet established quality standards. Pack finished products according to company specifications. Complete production paperwork, documentation, and work orders accurately. Monitor machine performance and report issues to the Process Technician or Supervisor. Operate material loading systems to support production operations. Start up and shut down presses following established procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality requirements. Perform additional manufacturing and production duties as assigned.

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing, production, or technical training is a plus. Ability to read and understand work orders and production instructions.
