RN Supervisor - Overnight Excelcare Health Management provides rehabilitation and healing in a state-of-the-art setting, utilizing the latest advances in medicine to ensure patients are comfortable and confident every step of the way. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Excelcare at Troy Hills. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing clinical operations, staff supervision, and patient care delivery during your shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader with long-term care/skilled nursing experience who is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting a dynamic nursing team.

- Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shift
- Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
- Oversee clinical documentation and care plans
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to clinical emergencies and staffing needs
- Promote a positive team culture and strong clinical outcomesRN Supervisor Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in skilled nursing/long-term care
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
