Emler Swim & Gym in Dallas seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment across gymnastics and swim school operations, owning full life cycle hiring, sourcing strategy, and employer branding. You will build analytics, forecast hiring needs, manage the department budget, and partner with Marketing and HR to deliver a data-driven talent strategy in a fast-growing multi-state environment. This is a hybrid role at our Dallas headquarters with periodic travel.
