Both seasoned and new graduates are welcome. About the Position Join an established group of 2 ENTs, 1 APP, 1 Audiologist, 1 Audiology Tech. On‑site audiology and testing available with experienced support staff. First‑assist surgical support. Mentorship available. Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; Friday 8 a.m.–12 p.m. Flexible scheduling model: 2.5 days outpatient vs. 2 days OR.Smart technology: Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe reduce administrative burden. Light call: 5 days/month. Expected patient load: 20 patients/day. Well‑stocked modern OR with 4K endoscopes, stealth navigation, NIM vital.
