Trademark/Copyright Attorney

JURISolutions seeking an experienced Trademark/Copyright attorney for a 5 to 6-month, full-time opportunity with our financial services client. The candidate will provide temporary coverage for a broad brand IP portfolio. The ideal candidate will have substantial trademark and copyright experience, including clearance, prosecution, portfolio strategy, licensing, enforcement, content and digital-rights counseling, contract review, and management of infringement claims. Candidates should also have experience advising on generative AI, AI-generated content, marketing and agency agreements, strategic transactions, M&A, global brand initiatives, and emerging technologies. This engagement is hybrid for those in New York City (preferred); however, remote candidates will also be considered. The anticipated duration is 5-6 months. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in a US jurisdiction and in good standing. Our compensation is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role offers a range of competitive pay rates starting at $90 per hour (equivalent of ~$187,000/annually) and a benefits package that includes PTO, holiday pay, optional health benefits, 401K and more.
