Director of Resident Services

What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the Resident Services department, overseeing resident services programs, team development, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support residents and families through care transitions, move-ins, challenges, and life changes while ensuring compassionate, coordinated service delivery. Oversee resident satisfaction, service quality, departmental budgets, documentation, and operational performance. Partner with community leaders and departments to develop and implement programs, services, and community-wide initiatives that enhance the resident experience. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while monitoring records, resident information, communication systems, and service delivery standards. Pay $70,000 - $90,000 / annually DOE

About You: Minimum of three years of management experience in a senior living, resident services, or healthcare setting. Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, psychology, gerontology, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated success leading teams, developing programs, and solving complex challenges. Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of state and federal elder care regulations, resident rights, and best practices in resident-centered services. Experience in social work, care coordination, case management, senior living, healthcare, or a related field, with the ability to support residents and families as they navigate transitions to higher levels of care.
