What You'll Do: Follow written work instructions to meet daily production and customer delivery goalsInspect parts throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are metIdentify and report nonconforming materials to supervisors or area leadsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentComplete accurate production records and documentationPrepare parts for paint and assembly processesAssemble and package parts according to work instructionsUse computerized labeling systems and scan gunsReport scrap and production issues as neededTools & Equipment Used: Gate cuttersWeldersRouters and buffersDeburrersRivet and glue gunsUtility knivesDrills and hammersAir hoses and staplersPPE and verification stationsPackaging materials and fixturesPay Rate: $21.50 per hour, time and a half for all hours worked over 40.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED strongly preferredMinimum 12 months of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferredAbility to access information on a computer and operate a labeling scan gunStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety and qualityOpportunities for long-term growth and advancement!
