- Leading local and national providers of title insurance and escrow services, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join their team.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an organized, enthusiastic, and aggressive sales “hunter” to help manage and expand our real estate referral relationships in Northwest Indiana. This role is ideal for a competitive, career-driven professional who thrives on relationship-building and consultative selling, is self-motivated to succeed, and wants the ability to control their income.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and grow relationships with real estate attorneys, lenders, brokers, investors, builders, and other real estate professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Present and promote Fidelity National Title’s services through consultative selling and tailored solutions.
- Manage and execute a strategic sales plan, ensuring consistent business growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
- Who We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of solid B2B sales experience OR extensive experience in the title insurance industry with a passion for sales.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning and time management abilities.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
